If I could write a negative star I would. Came in with my husband sat and watched the list for 45 min. We were a walk in and didn’t understand the online check in process. But I watched the names and our spot. We were “on deck” because one of the online check ins hadn’t shown up and then miraculously his name reappeared on the list when my husband was next. We sat watching as none of the stylist with no one in their chair called for my husband and then suddenly a guy comes in and the stylists says hey no worries I took care of you I saw your time was close and I went ahead and checked you in. So we then had to wait even longer because she “took care of him”. While we sat watching. My husband could have been half way through his haircut at the point he walked in but she was busy talking to other stylists and “taking care” of someone who wasn’t present at his time.

I just left there with my 2 boys with out a hair cut because after it said on deck for almost 20 mins the lady was just standing there as my 1 year old got madder and more irritated i gave up guess she didnt want to cut his hair. Never going here again.
